Dangerous goods, heavy goods and oversize transport of building components are likewise not uncommon. Rhenus Midgard is optimally prepared for all these challenges. At all our locations in the major European over-sea ports we offer you handling services, storage services and value added services for all kinds of building materials.

Professional terminal operations are a prerequisite in the logistics of building materials. Rhenus Midgard is equipped with the experience, the capacities and the up to date IT to direct building materials rationally and economically in the right channels and to the individual transport carriers such as road, rail, sea- and inland-ships. Thanks to efficient equipment our employees provide smooth handling of your building materials together with speedy loading and unloading of the transporter.
To ensure the safe and correct interim storage of building materials our terminals provide not only outside, but also covered storage areas. In addition Rhenus Midgard provides, in selected port locations, approved extra handle areas for material requiring special supervision.
